Love to Grandma Burden

On Friday my Grandma passed away. She was a wonderful Grandma and I have fond memories of spending weekends at her house. She would take us to church, folk dancing, and to festivals. I loved that she was crafty and loved to make us matching dresses and we all loved the year that she made us baby dolls. My sister and my cousins and I would watch the smurfs and dance to solid gold every Saturday. We loved to go to her house and she was so good to us all.I miss her silver dollar pancakes that we had every Sunday before church and I make them for my own children.I remember melting chocolate to make candy for suckers at Easter. She was the first person in my life that gave me knowledge that I had a savior and that he loved me. I hope that one day I will be a great Grandma just like her. Much love Grandma.

Thanks, she was a great woman how worked hard all of her life. She said that she was ready to go home. We will miss her but are happy that she is at peace.

Tammy,
I am so sorry about your Grandma's passing. It is always hard for those left behind, isn't it?
She sounds like she was a blast!
I love the photo of her riding the bicycle.
Hold all your memories close,
until you meet again.
