Christopher's 1 yr anniversary

John and I where talking the other day about the fact that it would soon be a year since Christopher has had any surgeries or been hospitalized. This a a huge milestone for a little boy who has had 9 surgeries in his first three and a half years and had to stay at the hospital a lot during that time. And then this happened..........

We were playing when Christopher's Head hit the fire pit and he had to go have it glued shut. He cried when it first happened and then was fine. I will say that it was really nice to just be dealing with normal bumps and bruises that that happen to most children at one point or another. And with Christopher I am surprised that we have not had to make more trips to the ER for these reasons. He is a little wild man and I am so grateful to be the wild mans mother and hopefully we will have another year of health.

Life living with a two year old.

Brie is in love with clothes. She likes to try on a lot of different clothes. On this day she emptied her entire dresser.

On this Day Brie learned not to sing the Isty Bisty Spider song with sucker in hand. It can be dangerous to make the sign for the sun.

Easter 2010

Easter was a little different this year since it was our first Easter away from all of our family. We had a pretty great day as a family in spite of missing our Ohio peeps. The kids woke up early to find their Easter baskets. Brie thought that candy in the morning was a very good idea. A little later we had brunch ( Brunch is my excuse to only have to feed everyone twice rather then three times, lol But don't tell the kids they think it's a great treat.) After conference we had an Easter egg hunt and then of course we had to have a ham dinner. All in all it was a great day and how could it not be HE LIVES!

Ry's new guitar

Ryann saved up her money and bought a new guitar. Lucky for her she was blessed with her Dad's talent of being able to play multiple musical instruments, unlike her Mom who is still trying to master the recorder from the 4th grade.

Not sure were Christopher lost his pants,LOL!
