Ice Cream For Dinner

Yep we really did have ice cream for dinner! I know great Mommy skills. We had a late lunch that day and ice cream sounded yummy. Don't worry I made them eat fruit for a snack later.

Fireworks

For the 4th of July we went to our normal spot on the hill across from where they set off the fire works.We have been going to the same spot for over 10 yrs.We have to get there 5 hrs before they start but we have so much fun.As you can see we find ways to amuse ourselves.

4th of July parade

On the morning on of the 4th we went to old Dublin for the annual 4th parade. Christopher's favorite part was all of the candy that they passed out.

Kings Island

We are still on the same theme of enjoying our time in Ohio and keepping the kids out of the house. Last week we went to Kings Island for the day. My sister and Mother in law went with us. Even with it being so hot, we did our best to stay cool and had a great day.

the Zoo

With our time here in Ohio winding up, we have been enjoying our time at some of our favorite places. Not only are we having fun but we are staying out of our house, which helps it stay cleaner.

Purple's house

On Sunday we went over to Purple's house for dinner. The kids had fun painting with water.

The Beach ( Ohio Style)

Last week we went to Alum Creek to go swimming. The kids love it and I liked the fact that they were not home messing up the house. Of course I forgot about all of the sand that you take home with you in your bathing suit, oh well.
